Hello
Can you believe it is the end of week 6 already?
We have our Annual House Swimming Carnival today at the Bridgetown Leisure Centre and wish all students well for their events. Parents are welcome to come and cheer students on.
Progress reports were emailed home, please take the time to read through the report and discuss with your child.
We have a few events happening next week,
- Tuesday 14th March Australian Defence Force Talk @ recess in the Library, and PPEP talk for ALL Year 9 and 10 girls period 5 in the Library
- Wednesday 15th – NAPLAN begins!
Also, if you haven't already done so, could you please return your student update form and health care summary form to the front office. Please ensure any changes of address or contact numbers are noted. Also it is very important that we have another contact person listed, in the case of an emergency that is local to the area.
We apologise for the issues that have happened with schoolzine (SZAPP), apparently it is known and an upgrade will happen shortly to correct these issues. Please do not hesitate to contact the front office on 97610100 at anytime Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 3:30pm. We are always happy to help.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
Our year 8 Science class have been learning about physical and chemical changes. We dissolved borax in coloured water and left pipe cleaner shapes in the beakers so crystals would form.
Year 7 students participated in a "Respect the River course" with Aaron at the Bridgetown Leisure Centre recently. Here are a couple of photos.
