From The Home Ec Room
Year 8, 9 & 10 students were busy catering for the parent night in week one. Sausage rolls, spinach and feta pinwheels and the predictable lemon slice were on the menu.
In week two, year 8 students began exploring our term topic of luscious lunchbox ideas with a quick to prepare version of banana pikelets. We were also experimenting with vegetable shaping and a simple dip.


Year 9/10s are investigating cafe style food this term and we started with smashed avocado and potato rosti topped with poached eggs. Maybe your child can recreate this meal for you on the weekend.
