In term 3, our senior sport classes have participated in circuit training at the Bridgetown Leisure Centre.

Trainer Terry Hollington took the students and teachers through a rigorous set of exercises using a range of equipment including weights, kettle bells, skipping ropes, steps and the dreaded ‘big rope’. 

Both classes thoroughly enjoyed their time at the recreation centre and certainly the professional instruction from Terry.  We are looking forward to continuing to utilise the facilities at the centre with more classes in the near future.
