From the Home Ec Room





All food speciailisation classes have been busy cooking tasty treats this week.
One of the year 7 student groups made scones which they enjoyed with jam and cream. The other class made pizza scrolls with the same basic scone recipe with the addition of ham, cheese, tomato paste and herbs.
Year 8's made mini apple pies which took some time but were very popular.
Year 9/10's made a quick chocolate fudge cake and then spent some time decorating.
