UWA School of Indigenous Studies High School Outreach Program 2021
The School of Indigenous Studies (SIS) at The University of Western Australia would like to inform you about the 2021 High School Outreach Program for Indigenous students in WA.
SIS has an established program that caters for Indigenous students in Years 7 to 12, offering a range of activities from school and campus visits to holiday camps. The program aims to inform and encourage students to consider tertiary studies after high school. In 2021 our aim is to engage with every Indigenous student state-wide.
Applications are now open for all residential camps. The expression of interest mailing list is open for the Year 8 Discovery Days & Year 9 Djinanginy. School registrations for the days will open in Term 3. All SIS programs will be dependent on the State Government's directions regarding COVID-19.
- 16 to 20 April: Year 12 Leadership Seminar (camp) - Applications close 5 March
- 12 to 17 July: ATAR Revision camp
- 13 to 17 July: Year 10 & 11 Science, Health and Engineering Camp
- 16, 17, 18 November: Year 8 Discovery Days
- 24 November: Year 9 Djinanginy
