Year 7 apron making has been a success again this term. Year 7's made their own personalised calico "patches" and attached these to the aprons that they made in sewing lessons. In the last few weeks of terms, we have been learning about grilling, stove top, and oven safety by making cheesies, banana pikelets and scones with jam and cream. This class of students will now move to Metal Work for Term Three.

Year 8's have been cooking and making food products all term. They have recently made hamburgers, milkshakes, rumble balls, lemon slice and red velvet cupcakes. 

Year 9/10's have been cooking a variety of foods that are currently popular. Paleo granola with yoghurt and berries, chorizo and bean soup, mixed grain buddha bowl with halloumi, vegan cupcakes with caramel popcorn, lemon chia bread and berry smoothie bowls.
